To access certain features, users may be required to register an account by providing their name, email, business name, and other relevant information. Temporary passwords may be provided during onboarding. Users must be over 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Our services are offered via subscription, project-based, and one-time fees, and are processed through Stripe. Refunds are only applicable for pay-per-review clients and not those on monthly (30/60/90) or annual contracts. To cancel a service, notice must be provided at least 2 days before the next billing cycle. Invoices are provided, but written scopes of work are not issued by default.
While we aim to deliver results through our technology and services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Actual performance depends on client cooperation and other variables beyond our control.
In no event shall Vexillum Media LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vexillum Media LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our services, designs, or materials without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
